Brandon Perrone
Founder and Owner
As a current goalie for Long Island University, Brandon Perrone has many years of coaching experience under his belt. He is the Long Island Rebels Goalie Coach. Prior to playing for LIU, Brandon played for D1 Alaska Anchorage. Brandon returned to Long Island to be on the inaugural team when LIU became a Division 1 NCAA program. Brandon played at St. John the Baptist where he won a state championship in 2014-2015. His juniors career started in 2014 2015. Brandon played for the Long Island Royals where he not only made “First Team” but also was named ‘MJHL Goalie of the Year’.
At 16 years old he went to play for the Texas Brahmas in the NA3HL where he made “Second Team”. Brandon’s statistics during that year were 1.73 GAA and .916 save percentage. With a record of 19-4-2. In 2016-2017 Brandon played for Long Island Royals where he was named Assistant Captain and had a record of 14-0 with a GAA of 1.64 and 0.941 Save Percentage.
ZACH NAZZARETT
Player skills coach
Now in his senior year at Long Island University (NCAA D1), Zachary Nazzarett has 20 years of experience. Zach’s years of experience include coaching camps and leading teams. Prior to his three years at Long Island University, Zach spent one year playing college at University of Alaska-Anchorage (NCAA D1) where he had great success in his lone year there, tallying 7 goals and 4 assists in only playing 19 games. His first year of juniors was in the OJHL playing for the Buffalo Jr Sabres. He had a tremendous rookie season where he had 19 goals and 23 assist for 42 points in 43 games. Zach also spent time in the USHL playing for Muskegon Lumberjacks and the Youngstown Phantoms tallying 9 points in 25 games. Lastly, Zach spent his youth years playing for the Buffalo Junior Sabres and his high school where he won three New York State championships in his youth years. He is looking forward to spreading his knowledge and developing the future hockey players through hard work and dedication.
Anthony Vincent
Player Skills Coach
As a current professional hockey player for the AHL San Jose Barracuda, Anthony Vincent has many years of coaching experience and has an extremely impressive resume.
Anthony earned a Master of Science in Data Analytics (MDA). He played right wing for four seasons at the College of Holy Cross, earning an accounting degree and three Glenn 'Spike' Crane Memorial awards while tallying five goals, seven assists and 44 blocked shots in 31 games as senior in 2021-22. He was a three-year alternate captain with Crusaders and appeared in 101 games over four seasons with Holy Cross, recording 16 goals and 32 assists. Anthony then played for Division 1 Long Island University where he was a Hobey Baker Memorial Award candidate (https://hobeybaker.com/2023-nominees/). He scored a team-high 37 points (17 goals, 20 assists) and led team with 145 shots in 36 games. Anthony signed PTO with the Barracuda on Mar. 11, 2023, and made pro debut on Mar. 15, 2023 vs. Henderson. He signed a one-year AHL contract with the Barracuda on May 22, 2023.
Anthony played junior hockey with Chilliwack Chiefs (BCHL) in 2016-17 and 2017-18, winning the Royal Bank Cup in latter season. He was a two-time Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team member and was awarded the Atlantic Hockey All-Rookie Team as freshman in 2019-20 after leading team with 16 assists.
IAN WALLACE
GOALIE COACH
As a current professional goalie, Ian Wallace is in his second pro season. Ian also has many years of coaching experience working numerous goalie camps while playing. Prior to the start of his professional career, Ian played at the NCAA DIII level for Franklin Pierce University. He played 5 seasons at FPU while earning master’s degree in business administration. Ian was a four-year starter at the NCAA level and finished with the school record for saves and wins as well as finishing second in games played. He was also a 2-year assistant captain for the team and earned academic all-conference in his last year. Prior to college Ian played his junior hockey with the P.A.L. Jr Islanders of the USPHL. In his last year of junior Ian split time between the premier and elite teams working to earn his NCAA commitment. Ian played his high school hockey with West Islip. In his senior season he won the Suffolk County championship and was awarded playoff MVP as well as a selection to the All Long Island first team by MSG varsity. Ian played his youth hockey for three different organizations including Suffolk P.A.L., the Long Island Rebels, and the Long Island Royals. As he is continuing his playing career, Ian aspires to develop the next generation of goalies on Long Island.
Ian also has a great passion for off-ice training and development.
Coach Ian has extensive knowledge and experience in the strength and conditioning field. He holds a national certification as a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a CPR/AED certification. Ian completed his internship in college with Franklin Pierce Strength and Conditioning where he assisted with program development and coaching of the school's 24 NCAA teams. Outside of that Ian never had a trainer growing up and trained himself from midget through pro. So outside of the practical and scientific expertise, he also developed himself from a 16u single-A player to the pro ranks. He is committed to bettering the BTP athletes off the ice to improve their on-ice play.
Nolan Lamberti
Player Skills Coach
Nolan Lamberti has over 20 years of experience. His love for the game came from his two older brothers, both of whom played junior hockey and college hockey. Nolan specializes in puck skills, consisting of shooting, stick handling, passing, deking and skating. With his experience and his time working with Long Island University’s Mens D1 Ice Hockey team in both practices and games, it has allowed him to understand the intricacies of how forwards and defenders can effectively and efficiently play the game. Nolan has spent time over the last two years working Learn to Play programs around Long Island. He comes from a very generous family, who over the past 10+ years has given back to the Long Island community in the name of hockey. The 24 Hour Hockey Helps Marathon is held annually every Labor Day Weekend with support from former NHL and olympic hockey players such as Adam Graves, Stephane Mattaeu, Benoit Hogue, Colton Orr, Megan Bozek, and Boo Nieves. Nolan is fortunate enough to call these athletes great friends. Nolan’s mission as a coach for players of all ages is to help them fall in love with hockey and gain friendships that will last forever, the way he was able to do.
